About the role:
Acquia is looking for a Project Manager with a passion for Agile processes, high code quality, mentoring teams and Delivery excellence.
We are Agile purists, looking for delivery managers with a passion for Agile project management. You get to manage projects involving some of the sharpest Drupal minds in India; work with international teams & clients; with partner organisations in India & abroad. Deliver projects and work directly with some of the biggest global brands.

About your skills:
10+ years of overall experience. 5+ years of hands-on project management experience & working with global clients.
You will manage complex Web projects. Be passionate about timely delivery; understand project management & Agile methodology in a global setting.
Direct experience in CMS, Web development or Enterprise web project management is a must. Drupal experience is a plus, but a curiosity to learn is also acceptable.
Technical at heart. Already know Drupal, or excited to learn it. Have an understanding & familiarity with PHP, SQL, Web development & Content management systems (Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magento, Joomla, Fatwire etc)
Familiar with project management best practices -- JIRA, risk/issue management, change management, progress tracking & leading teams of developers.
Some education helps:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
Scrum Certification or PMP is a plus.
Familiarity or certification in web technologies is a plus.
