With a new digital ecosystem in place, Leidos partnered with R2integrated to enhance its digital properties and multi-channel campaigns with advanced personalization strategies and UX functionality, providing the tools necessary to create personalized, moment-based interactions with key audience segments at any moment of their customer journey. R2i worked to bring Leidos’ digital experiences to life through coordinated digital media, targeted content delivery, and persona-based marketing.

As a large organization with a wide array of business units and service lines, Leidos needed an integrated digital solution that would not only highlight their brand’s core service offerings, but also improve their business’ operational efficiencies and ability to control the full customer experience.
As their agency partner, R2i planned to help Leidos evolve both their external digital presence and internal technology foundation through a full digital transformation initiative. After conducting a comprehensive technology audit and establishing a roadmap to identify the platforms that would best support their long-term business growth, R2i integrated Leidos’ content management systems, customer analytics, and marketing automation tools to scale and centralize their operational workflows.
By leveraging Acquia Site Factory, Leidos has been able to create a foundation for quickly building micro-sites for one-off business needs with little development effort. Additionally, through the redesign effort R2i relied on the flexibility of development in Acquia to build a foundational website that was able to merge 5 micro-sites into a single site, and integrate it with Acquia Personalization to provide a personalized experience on the new site. Lastly, the overall process and governance around code merges has supported Leidos’ effort for a secure and stable environment.
In partnership with R2i and Acquia, Leidos was able to stabilize its digital ecosystem to improve content management, audience insights, and lead generation efforts. Additionally, by establishing a single view of the customer for better tracking and personalization opportunities, which has enabled the company to better communicate Leidos’ service solutions and brand value across multi-channel campaigns.
