With over 20 years of experience in sales, customer success, and solutions architecture, Shannon has built a career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement. Before joining Acquia, Shannon held key roles at Oracle as a Principal Sales Consultant, specializing in online commerce and sales strategies, and at Endeca Technologies as a Solution Architect, supporting business analytics solutions.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys gaming, art, photography, and countryside walks with the family dog. He also cherishes watercolor painting with his daughter, proving that creativity fuels both personal and professional success.
