As Senior Vice President of Customers, Solutions and Value, Jim Shaw owns the relationship with all of Acquia’s customers. His teams both define the solutions our customers use and ensure that customers are realizing the value from those solutions.
Prior to this role, Jim was the first Acquia employee in EMEA, building and running the EMEA operation as general manager. Prior to joining Acquia, Jim held roles at Software AG, Progress Software and BMW Group selling to major accounts such as Cable & Wireless, United Utilities, ABN AMRO, Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs, COLT, BAE SYSTEMS & H&M.
Jim holds an master's of engineering in electrical and electronic engineering from Imperial College London, and lives in Lexington, Massachusetts, with his wife, Olga, and two daughters.
