DAM Success Story:
Our portals - we have a large network of dealers and distributors and we use portals to create a simplified, curated brand experience that provides them the content they need.
Implemented Acquia DAM because:
We are a family of brands and prior to implementing Acquia DAM, each brand had their own process and place for storing assets. This made it so complicated for those in our central teams that worked across brands, and for our dealers and distributors who sold products from multiple brands. They had to keep track of multiple platforms and logins - nothing was centrally located. We also needed more efficiencies in place to improve our PIM and Salsify workflows, and Acquia DAM gave us the integrations we needed.
Return on investment (ROI):
Savings in terms of time - no longer having to search multiple places to find assets, not having to keep track of multiple logins. Security - we previously had assets living in out-dated systems that put us at risk from a cyber-security standpoint.
Desired customer outcomes (DCOs) hoping to achieve:
Organize content in one system, Integrate your martech stack, Consolidate redundant tools, Ensure brand consistency, Publish brand-approved content, Minimize the risk, Streamline your workflow, Launch products faster, Expand into new e-commerce channels.
