Acquia Receives Best Leadership Team Award by Comparably

Comparably Acquia Leadership Award

This week, we received a Best Leadership Team award from Comparably, a platform that provides insights into workplace culture. The Top 50 ranked Leadership Teams from Comparably are based on anonymous sentiment ratings given by employees about their CEO, executive/management team and direct manager. Acquia was previously honored in Comparably’s annual award program for Best CEO and Best Companies for Women for 2018.

Our ability to put people first and put passion into building highly productive, winning teams comes through loud and clear from our employees in Comparably’s results. We take pride in providing our team with leaders that care about their professional development and inspire them to exceed expectations and make meaningful contributions. Comparably’s award confirms that creating a great place to work continues to be our #1 priority.

Culture and leadership are core to the DNA of our company. We are at the forefront of instilling practices of professionalism, growth and mutual accountability throughout the organization through an approach that is driven by transparent goal setting, alignment and continuous measurement of progress toward priorities across the organization worldwide. The result is greater purpose, motivation and cross-functional collaboration throughout our team. This not only has improved the overall performance results of the company, but also fuels employee development. If it wasn’t for the partnerships our leaders build with the team, this wouldn’t be possible.

We believe that open and active dialogue between our employees and their managers is what supports a highly collaborative environment of continuous learning and elevated performance. Putting the employees in the driver’s seat and leveraging their managers as coaches is the best way to achieve individual satisfaction and growth while driving high performing teams. Being a great leader is about helping others grow, contribute at higher levels and expand their capabilities. Coaching individuals to success leads the entire organization to success.

Comparably is a leading workplace culture and compensation site with a mission to make work more transparent and rewarding. The Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on between June 7, 2018 through June 7, 2019. To qualify, companies of our size needed a minimum of 75 employee participants. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on
