Josh is the Product Area Leader within Fidelity’s Workplace Consulting organization. His focus is to help plan sponsors and employers maximize the value of their programs and people by fostering a culture of belonging and total well-being. Josh's team has oversight of the many different types of websites from simple to more complex highly customized ones based on the needs of the client and their participants. Fidelity's clients are typically Fortune 1000 companies who have benefits administered at Fidelity. They deliver solutions that range from educational sites that help users better understand and appreciate benefit programs offered by their companies, to modeling tools and election sites that allow a user to take action.
