His focus is on Consumer experiences powered by Digital Content, Commerce and Marketing capabilities. In the last 3+ years, under his leadership a comprehensive connected digital eco-system has been conceptualized and implemented.
Balki has over 24 years of experience and is a unique blend of Strategy, Delivery, Technology, Consulting, Sales and start-up experiences. Prior to joining Mars, his experience at Infosys, Isobar and DSQ software have shaped hands-on solution, delivery and customer relationship management in Retail, CPG and Logistics vertical related customers. Tesco, Walgreens, Unilever, RB and CMA-CGM are some of the customers he has worked closely with on various digital transformation programs.
