Ryan Studer

As Acquia’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Ryan Studer leads the company’s global Product, Engineering, and Drupal innovation teams. Ryan oversees the full product portfolio—working to accelerate time-to-value for customers through open, extensible, and AI-driven experiences.

Ryan brings more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth SaaS organizations and transforming product organizations across digital experience, customer engagement, and AI-enabled platforms. Before joining Acquia, Ryan served as Chief Product Officer at Khoros, where he led large-scale R&D modernization initiatives across a global, enterprise customer base. Prior to that, Ryan was the founding Chief Product Officer of Topbox, an omnichannel customer experience analytics company, where he built and scaled the product and engineering teams through significant growth and its eventual acquisition by Khoros in 2021.

A product builder at heart, Ryan has a strong track record of guiding organizations through major platform transitions—from traditional software approaches to modern, cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures. At Acquia, he is focused on advancing the company’s open-source leadership and driving the next wave of AI-native innovation across CMS+, multi-experience orchestration, and emerging agentic capabilities that help customers build, manage, and optimize digital experiences with greater speed and impact.
