January 6, 2021 -- Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, has selected Acquia to enhance digital experiences for guests across the group’s six hotel brands. Centara’s use of Acquia Drupal Cloud, Site Factory, and other open technologies supports customer loyalty programs and websites, and comes as part of Centara’s continued investment in market-leading technology solutions.
Centara selected Acquia over competing solutions based on Acquia’s ability to support the hotel’s innovative customer engagement strategy and future-ready solution. In doing so, Centara has placed a bet on cloud and open source technologies to provide the flexibility, agility, and increased time-to-market Centara brands require.

Future plans include the use of Acquia Personalization and the rollout of a true omnichannel digital experience via a member mobile application and digital signage at Centara properties.
