It wasn't configured at all outside of the US & Canada business, so I was brought in to make it work for International. Initially providing basic DAM functionality for our creative assets, mostly produced by agencies.

No ROI strategy is needed at this point. It didn't work, and the International business knew they needed an expert to get the value they'd been trying unsuccessfully to deliver for a number of years.
