As Vice President of Account and Customer Success Management, Victoria Griffin leads Acquia's account teams that are responsible for building customer relationships and ensuring value realization of Acquia solutions. Victoria is passionate about customer success and has worked cross-departmentally to develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction, drive growth, and ensure retention.
Victoria has over 12 years of account management experience. She joined Acquia in 2015 as an Account Manager and during her time in role, she managed the relationships of Acquia's global customer base before moving into leadership in 2017. Prior to joining Acquia, Victoria was focused on implementing marketing automation and customer data solutions for QuickPivot, a Boston-based company.
Victoria earned her B.S in Marketing from Bentley University and lives in Boston's Seaport district with her husband.
