What is Acquia Engage?

Acquia Engage is an in-person event with innovative keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking activities. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with, learn from, and get inspired by Acquia executives, industry and technology experts, and customers from around the world.


Who attends Engage?

Engage is built for all Acquia customers, partners, and prospects who have a hand in digital experience – whether you're new to the industry or have years of experience. Past attendee roles include C-level executives, digital marketing managers, marketing technologists, digital asset managers, technical architects, web developers, and more.


Why should I attend Engage?

Along with ample opportunities for networking, Acquia Engage programming is designed with the needs of business leaders, marketers, and technical practitioners in mind. Hear the latest digital strategies and tactics from industry peers, connect with the best and brightest from global brands and agencies, and gain practical and effective insight into today’s top digital challenges in a lively atmosphere.


How does Acquia Engage differ from DrupalCon?

DrupalCon provides a forum for the larger Drupal universe — capturing the hearts and minds of the technical community — including developers, themers, and designers. While Acquia Engage does include tracks and sessions focused on building digital experiences and what’s next for Drupal, the primary focus of the conference is digital business strategy. It is intended to bring together business leaders, marketing professionals, technical management, and practitioners.


Can Acquia partners participate?

Yes, partner organizations can participate in several ways:

Sponsoring Partners

Become an event sponsor and enjoy enhanced prominence at the event along with multiple opportunities to, well, engage a dedicated audience of Acquia customers and community members. Complete this form and we'll be in touch to discuss options.

Non-Sponsoring Partners

Non-sponsoring partners, including digital agencies, implementation partners, resellers, and partners who are also customers of Acquia products and technologies, can participate by adhering to the predetermined ticket limits associated with the non-sponsoring partner tickets. Those partners are welcome to enjoy the added benefits of the Partner Summit associated with the Engage event.

Where can I find an agenda for the event?

Should I attend both days, or come only to day 1 or day 2?

All registered attendees are welcome to come to sessions on both days of Engage – it's a great chance to learn something new. However, if you’re time is limited, Acquia partners or technical users are likely to benefit most from the sessions on day 1, while those in Marketing or IT leadership roles are likely to benefit most from the sessions on day 2.


How do I register for one-on-one time with someone from Acquia?

One-on-one time with Acquia staff is available on a first come, first served basis. To sign up, indicate you'd like one-on-one time when you register and an Acquia team member will follow up with you to book an exact time.

What accessibility accommodations are available during the event?

To support those with vision, hearing, mobility, or other disabilities, the following accommodations are provided to enable equitable participation at Acquia Engage:

  • The event is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Live captioning will be provided during the conference
  • Anyone with mobility, hearing, or vision concerns can reserve seats.
  • Service dogs are welcome in the meeting space, and no restrictions or any fees are charged for an attendee that has a service animal.
  • Our speakers have been advised to avoid using epilepsy-inducing videos and animations; however we cannot fully guarantee compliance.

Does Acquia Engage London have a Code of Conduct for the event?

Acquia Engage London is dedicated to providing a fun, engaging, and safe event for everyone. All Acquia Engage London participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and Acquia staff must comply with our Code of Conduct. By attending Acquia Engage London, you are agreeing to abide by this Code of Conduct.

If you have not already, we recommend that you also review our registration terms and conditions for Acquia Engage.


What should I wear?

There is not a designated dress code for Acquia Engage; please wear whatever makes you comfortable. If in doubt, business casual attire is appropriate.  We also recommend you bring an extra layer to wear.


Are meals included during the event?

Yes, lunch is provided for all attendees during both days of the event, and snacks (fruits) and drinks (coffee, tea, water) will be available at all times. 


What if I have dietary restrictions?

Options suited to different dietary requirements will be available during the event. When you purchase your ticket, the registration form includes a field to identify any dietary requirements. If you have already purchased your ticket but aren’t sure if you entered your dietary needs correctly, you can email us at [email protected].


Will I have access to electrical outlets and Wi-Fi service during the event?

Yes. Power outlets and Wi-Fi service will be available; the password will be provided in an email ahead of the event.


Will I receive event updates?

Yes. We will send emails to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics. Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is in your safe senders list to ensure you receive all important event information.
