Acquia is heading to MarTech East and bringing you new insights on open marketing and the current state of customer experience on September 16-18 at The Hynes Convention Center, just a few subway stops away on the T from our Boston headquarters. In April, our team had an amazing time at MarTech West in San Jose, California where I spoke about the importance of earning customer trust and loyalty to meet growing expectations in the competitive martech landscape, and we’re excited to return as a sponsor to MarTech East and take part in one of the most and enriching events designed for senior leaders in the marketing community.

On Tuesday, September 17 at 2 p.m., I’ll be leading the panel, “On the Frontlines of Digital: How to Get Customers to Love Your Brand,” to give an in-depth look at how today’s best brands earn consumer’s attention in a competitive and crowded digital environment. Featuring advice from digital leaders and Acquia customers Pegasystems, Liberty Mutual and United Rentals, we’ll cover how to build a brand that customers will remember and return to again and again. Our featured panelists will share best practices for building top-notch marketing teams, investing in technology that serves their greater brand purpose and giving customers what they want. Come learn how these companies are standing out, making noise and executing experiences that their customers care about.

MarTech East is also where we’ll be sharing our totally transformed vision on marketing technology and the holistic customer journey following our recent acquisition of Mautic, the world’s only Open Marketing Cloud. Join our team at Booth 504 on the expo floor to learn more about the joint capabilities of Mautic’s marketing automation and the all-new Acquia Lift v4. You’ll see firsthand how we’re giving digital marketers the tools they need to personalize every moment of the customer journey through tailored, dynamic content that reaches customers where they spend their time whether that’s via web, mobile or voice.

I recently wrote about the importance of using marketing technology and data effectively to build better customer experiences. At MarTech East our experts will dive further into this topic to show you exactly how to choose a tech stack that’s agile, flexible and aligns with your overall vision. By attending our session you’ll discover how marketers can pull themselves out from beneath mountains of data and glean valuable insights about user behavior to inform better customer experiences.

I hope you can meet us at MarTech East, but if you can’t make the conference you have another upcoming chance to connect with leaders in the space at our annual customer conference Engage New Orleans in November.
