National Grid Customer Showcase

National Grid, Electricity System Operator (ESO) balances supply and demand of electricity across Great Britain. Basically, they keep the lights on. They also aim to be carbon-free by 2025. But, customers weren't thrilled with the ESO's digital experience. When a vast percentage of help requests were either for data or the location of information, they knew they needed to build a digital engagement platform that worked. This is the story of how they brought it to life with Drupal and Acquia.
