MARS has a hand in a lot of things from M&Ms, genetic testing, pet care, and beyond. With such a vast global reach, the problems they sought to solve were unifying a fragmented brand ecosystem, centralizing technical governance, and improving low-quality digital experiences. They used Acquia Site Factory to create a design framework to unify their global brands and built web components to deploy, for starters, 112 websites across 32 countries for 44 brands.
