With customer expectations at an all time high, Princess Cruises realized the need for a connected solution that would transform the guest experience from sea to shore, all from the palm of their hand. In partnership with Acquia and Lingotek, Princess Cruises developed Princess@Sea, a mobile app specific to each of their 18 ships worldwide.

Built on the flexible Drupal platform, Princess@Sea allows guests to send messages, browse and book activities and excursions, access stateroom accounts, and more. Content is managed from a central Drupal site and is migrated out to 18 unique microsites, all with multilingual capabilities. Content is even distributed to digital signage onboard the ship, stateroom TVs, and daily printed newsletters.
