I excel in the presales-to-delivery lifecycle, architecting high-value digital solutions that solve core business problems and drive revenue.  
  
My journey in technology has spanned from Brazil to Canada and now to Germany, where I've served as both a COO and CTO. This drive for excellence has been a constant, leading me to graduate at the top of my class from university and later my MBA in Project Management. Living and working across these different cultures is the true source of the creative, "outside-the-box" perspective I bring to every client challenge.  
  
This global path was shaped early on by my time playing professional volleyball in Brazil—an experience that taught me about discipline and high-performance teamwork. While an introvert by nature, this background in competitive sports taught me how to perform under pressure. Today, I'm most comfortable in front of a whiteboard with a client, co-creating a solution, or presenting a technical vision to a team. It's in these moments of deep work and genuine connection that I build the trust required to close deals.  
  
This blend of analytical thinking and creativity—a trait I've nurtured since publishing a book of poetry as a teenager—is the foundation of my approach. I believe the best solutions are not just technically robust, but also elegantly communicated.
