AI Transformation Lead | Agentic Commerce Lead Capgemini # Ollie East

Most enterprises are stuck in AI pilot purgatory ..... the proofs of concept work, leadership is bought in, then comes scale, and the architecture breaks, governance is unclear, and the business value stays theoretical.

Ollie moves enterprise AI from pilot to production, where it actually changes the P&L.

Ollie designs and deploys agentic and multi-agent AI systems built for enterprise complexity, coordinating LLMs, tools, APIs, and human workflows at scale. He translates C-suite ambition into operating reality: roadmaps, governance, and AI operating models that survive contact with production.
