Sullivan is a full-service brand engagement firm. We build brands and connect them to their audiences at key moments in the customer experience through integrated marketing programs and digital experiences. Our staff of employees includes strategists, creative, digital designers, producers, and administrators. We pride ourselves on our work in branding and engagement, which includes but not limited to brand strategy, brand identity, customer experience, campaigns, communications support, and digital experiences.

Sullivan is a non-incorporated, independent, WBENC-certified Woman-Owned Business founded in 1990. While we remain independent, we have launched a subsidiary and recently acquired a small digital agency:

• In 2013, we launched IMPRINT, a Sullivan Content Lab, to create editorials, and educational content as a part of our strategy to build a holistic brand experience for our clients’ customers.
• In early 2017, we acquired digital design studio, FOUR32C, to strengthen our capabilities in digital product design.

We understand the role digital plays in the bigger picture. We are not a traditional digital agency, and our digital team doesn’t’ sit in its own silo. Our digital and content strategists, user experience architects, designers, and developers are an integral part of our larger team, which means they evaluate digital opportunities as part of a larger client experience. We help clients create memorable and effective websites because we understand their unique purpose within an overall engagement strategy, and design them with a laser focus to achieve the right objectives.
