Emagine IT focuses on continuous process improvement through critical process monitoring. Critical processes are those that are critical to meeting program performance goals and are subject to quantitative management. Quantitative management activities are based on statistical control techniques that enable prediction of performance and recognition of the need for early corrective action and process changes. For larger and more complex projects, we plan and document quantitative management activities in accordance with the program’s quantitative management approach.
Quantitative management activities are performed at the project level and include the following:
Identifying project-specific objectives in support of program objectives
Identifying processes to be controlled
Defining the process performance and quality measures to be analyzed
Setting performance and quality targets, interim performance gates, and project baselines
