The challenges for this project were numerous:
- Full integration with IBM (now Rocket) U2 ERP system
- Rationalisation and organisation of product range
- Associate accessories with multiple products
- Show prices to UK-based users only
- Trade counter functionality that utilises complex discount matrices from ERP
- Integration with Microsoft-based Fan Selector application
- Improve customer service by streamlining business processes
As part of the delivery of this project we worked with three marketing agencies and three technical partners (internal IT department, U2 support company and fan selector application providers).
Managing these relationships and the requirements of the business was handled efficiently and to budget.
This project illustrates our flexibility, range of experience and customer-focused approach.
The site is supported and developed by Adaptive and hosted internally with our on-going support.
