Over the years, we have seen Drupal adoption grow tremendously world-wide. It started from a dorm room and today, has managed make its way into every nook and corner of the world including of course the IT services capital of the world, India. India has a lot of fantastic Drupalists. Did you know that it is second only to the United states in the number of visitors to Drupal.org?
The rate at which Drupal is growing, more often than not, we are finding that there are not enough options out there for developers to learn and adopt the technology. There is a need for compelling Drupal training to enable and equip the next generation of web developers to become competent Drupalists. And guess what, we have just the right thing for you. I am bringing with me a series of Acquia certified public trainings for Drupal and its all starting this month.
Come train personally with me, Acquia's India country head, in Bangalore September 27th and 28th. This limited edition training is being offered at an accessible rate to allow the maximum amount of Drupalists to attend. Early bird registration ends September 18th, so register now.
Can't make it to Bangalore? Prasad Shir, Acquia India's premier trainer is holding a 2-day course in Pune on October 12th and 13th.
Both trainings are using Acquia’s hands-on Drupal architecture curriculum. It is applicable to most levels of Drupal knowledge since we start with basics and move into best practices and architecture quickly.
Course content includes:
- Module selection and implementation
- Solution architecture
- Content strategy
- Hands-on site deconstruction and building exercises.
Participants will build sophisticated solutions such as:
- Faceted search
- Editorial workflows
- Responsive (i.e. mobile friendly) designs
- Related content through views
- Flexible displays with display suite
- And much more including over 125 pages of hands on curriculum.
This training is the building block for all other Acquia trainings since it teaches best practices and efficient development practices. It has been delivered to thousands of developers around the world, improving their efficiency and reliability while giving them practical new tools to take on Drupal projects.
See you there!
