Amdocs is a multinational corporation specializing in software and services for communications, media and financial services providers.

## The Situation

While the previous Amdocs site was still attractive, unfortunately, it was also fundamentally broken.

## The Challenge

The previous Amdocs website was unnecessarily busy and complex in navigation — it was difficult for users to understand the products and services available. Amdocs wanted to help business leaders understand the real benefits of partnering with the organization.

## The Solution

Working with technology partner [Wunderman Thompson](https://www.wundermanthompson.com/), the teams first set a North Star that would allow them to reinvent the connected world continuously. Then the teams created a design system that allowed Amdocs to shine, delivering a dynamic, cutting-edge experience that showcased their directional thinking. Using Acquia Site Studio, the lean team was able to develop a best-in-class digital experience with a strong focus on component-based reusable content for pages across their Drupal site.

## The Results

After an initial discovery and definition period, Wunderman Thompson delivered the new Amdocs site in only four development sprints — a mere eight weeks. Additionally, the new site garnered impressive metrics:

- 8% bounce rate reduction across the site
- 70% increase in average time on homepage
- 11.2% average increase in time on site
- 119% increase in use of site search
- 5% increase in page views
