BuildAModule memberships are now available through Acquia's network

We're excited to announce that BuildAModule has partnered with Acquia to make our full video library available immediately to Acquia network subscribers.

Why are we excited? Well, because Acquia has been rapidly growing and evolving their offerings to the Drupal space, and more and more people are finding value in their services. Web shops use Acquia when they want to give clients 24-hour support, enterprise level customers use Acquia's project managment services to connect the right developers and designers with huge projects, and they offer lots of other pretty amazing services.

BuildAModule fits in with another Acquia feature - their partner offerings - where they integrate third-party tools and resources with their network as part of the cost of having a network membership. So, if you are or plan on becoming an Acquia network subscriber, a lot of great resources come with it, including access to BuildAModule.

Training Drupal talent is expensive, but BuildAModule changes that

Training Drupal talent is expensive and time consuming. Either you hire someone outside your company to train, or you dedicate one of your more expert staff to training, meaning they're not getting anything else done. If you're learning Drupal yourself, it can be frustrating finding the right resources at the right time. BuildAModule simplifies the training process by giving you and your team access to 700+ carefully produced, focused Drupal video tutorials. Each video is short and to the point, but is part of a larger curriculum that make it easy to see how the different aspects of Drupal interact with one another in a real life project. For those who are already Drupal experts, BuildAModule is a fantastic reference library. I'm the creator of BuildAModule and I still go back to the video regularly to refresh my memory.

Large organizations like governmental institutions, universities, and international companies are all finding that BuildAModule is a cost-effective, time-effective tool for training their technical teams. It can also help teach clients and administrators more about how Drupal works, which always improves communication and opens up possibilities.

The videos on BuildAModule are unique, and we frequently get comments about how they're some of the best video tutorials out there, across the board. We pay a lot of attention to the quality of each video, making sure that pacing is perfect, staying focused on the task at hand while still taking time to share powerful techniques and tips that can take forever to discover on your own. They're easy to watch, but still packed with important information - a balance that's difficult to strike with video learning.

How to activate your membership through Acquia

If you're an Acquia network subscriber, activating your BuildAModule account is incredibly easy. Just go to your Acquia network page, click on Add-Ons, and select BuildAModule. Click the button to activate your account and that's it! We'll send a welcome email and you'll be good to go.

For those of you who are new to BuildAModule, the membership you would get through your Acquia subscription is identical to what you'd get by purchasing a membership directly from the site. You get access to the 700+ Drupal video tutorial library, stellar customer support, new video releases nearly every day, a fantastic interface for viewing videos and tracking progress, and a whole lot more.
