4 Keys to Building a Digital First Organization with Drupal
Eric Fullerton; Lead Product Evangelist & Mike Madison; Manager Technical Services

Tuesday 8 December - 14:30 - 15:10 UTC / 13:30 - 14:10 CET

Today, we engage more frequently online, and on more channels, than ever before. Organizations have been forced to adapt at a staggering pace, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Organizations who have embraced open source technologies, specifically Drupal, have laid a path forward to being digital first. Hear stories of how leading organizations have leaned on the power and flexibility of Drupal to adapt, innovate, and engage more effectively online, and a technical roadmap for embracing some of these approaches in your organization. Some key technical topics we will cover are: optimizing performance for increasing traffic, testing and devops pipelines for rapid development, content workflow to create and manage content quickly, and tools that can unify design, content, and the customer lifecycle.
