Subscriptions with Phone/Ticket Support

  • Phone support is available to Acquia customers with the following Insight subscription levels: Professional, ProPlus, Enterprise, Elite, or any of our newer subscription offerings (Starter, Basic, Business, and Premium).

  • Phone support is also available to Acquia Cloud Site Factory and Acquia Lift customers.

  • Phone support is not available for Legacy Basic or Developer subscriptions.
