Key Responsibilities

  • Develop decoupled UIs to improve the user experience for modeling structured content, site building and site administration as well as content authoring experiences
  • Contribute to building and supporting SDKs, and reference applications for a variety of decoupled solution architectures
  • Work with back-end engineers to implement improvements to API-First distributions and installation profiles

Desired Experience

  • Strong JavaScript and Node.js experience
  • Experience with the full deployment cycle of JavaScript web applications on AWS instances, or similar cloud stacks
  • Experience around performance, scalability, and best practices for production-ready Node.js / JavaScript applications
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and technology recipes (Ember.js, React, Node.js, Express.js, ES6, Vue)
  • Construction, implementation, and support of internal/external API endpoints within MVC workflow
  • 4-8 years of experience architecting application solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience with the Drupal platform is helpful
  • Experience in working as a contributor to open source projects
  • Experience with OOP and PHP
  • Sharing a Portfolio of previous related work projects
