Summary:

Acquia, India is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Pune. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and assessing technical talent for Acquia which includes making recommendations to and executing the internal recruitment strategy. This position will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.

  • Build creative recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.

  • Engage and activate passive candidates via highly targeted and personalized approaches.

  • Screen resumes and interviews candidates to determine the best fit across a broad range of positions

  • Own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through all phases of the interview process.

Requirements:

  • 4-6  years of talent acquisition experience within a rapidly growing technology organization that has a reputation for hiring top talent.

  • A demonstrable history of using various techniques to find and engage passive candidates (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Bing,  X-Ray, Boolean, Github, Internet Sourcing, etc).

  • Experience and deep understanding of software technology hiring requirements, practices and benchmarking.

  • Experience sourcing Software Engineering talent is highly preferred.

  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team-first mentality.

  • Must have a clear understanding of end to end recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience; with a willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system.  Greenhouse preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
