Partnership is Paramount: Market Opportunity

Cloud_Opensource_opportunity

This is part two of a five part series for Sitecore’s partners to take another look at success with Acquia and Drupal.

Nearly all of the leading analyst firms are reflecting the shifting needs of the digital experience market. Organizations are now looking to cloud and open source technologies to reach their digital business goals. This shift extends across nearly every industry; the market is wide open and full of opportunity.

Acquia has been placed ahead of its competitors based on our ability to execute on this shift towards complex technical solutions. Acquia was founded on the principles of open source and built on the strength of our native cloud solution. This has been and will continue to be the heart of our business. In contrast, Sitecore’s marketing and commerce solutions aren’t performing or being adopted by the market. They do not offer a true cloud solution, one that their partners and customers can innovate on.

In addition, vendors like Sitecore and Adobe choose to prioritize a small number of partners who are in a place of favor within their partner ecosystem. At Acquia, there is a piece of the pie for all of our 2000+ partners across the globe. We don’t play favorites and there are no dominant players here. We invest in all our partners who invest in us. With the marketing continuing to grow, that just wouldn’t be smart business practices.
