As the Vice President of Global Support, Ty Bailey is responsible for building and enhancing Acquia's industry leading Global Support organization. Covering five regional offices, and all of the products that Acquia offers, the Support team is the primary partner for all of Acquia clients' whenever they find them selves needing technical assistance.
Prior to Acquia, Ty spent the past decade building out service organizations for rapid growth companies. Most notably as the founding manager of Rapid7's support organization.
Ty lives in Portland, Oregon, with his partner and daughter. He has dual undergraduate degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (USA), and a Master's from the University of Leicester (UK).
