The processes I've created to distribute the DAM workflow between our content creators and DAM managers. These processes keep the workflows within the DAM utilizing metadata types and fields and free our creators to spend more time creating great content.  
  
**Implemented Acquia DAM because**:   
To replace an aging, homegrown DAM system with a fully cloud-based system that freed us from internal server support. Acquia provided us the tools to manage and share assets across the institution while controlling permissions and access for various teams.

**Return on Investment (ROI)**:   
True measurements of ROI in the education setting can be difficult to quantify. My primary measurement of success has been the lack of complaints. From our content creators to our content users, Acquia has streamlined workflow and provided the campus community with access to assets that was unheard of previously.
