Andrew is responsible for leading Acquia's Technical Account Management team. Andrew comes to Acquia with over 25 years of experience in Professional Services and Customer Success. Andrew was most recently the Chief Customer Officer at RealDecoy (Professional Services company with a focus on Oracle Commerce and Analytics) where he was responsible for running the world-wide sales and channels with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition and retention. Prior to RealDecoy, Andrew was a VP of Professional Services at Endeca where he spent six years working in multiple roles including leading Public Sector, Services Delivery and the Eastern Region.

Prior to Endeca, Andrew held senior roles with Metlife, Breakaway Solutions and Cambridge Technology Partners. Andrew started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). When not at work, Andrew spends time with his wife, two kids and lots of early morning time training for his next triathlon. Andrew holds a BBA in Operations Research from the University of Texas.
