I found this video very useful. Yes, it's long - but it brings together a lot of helpful things from all different areas of Drupal. I'd love to see more like this in the future!

Agreed. This video helps to "glue" all of the various, and sometimes difficult setting options, together for the imagecache module. Great job. I have referenced this video for several clients and it's helped them understand way more than I could've explained.
