Building a Scalable Web Engagement Architecture with Drupal and Salesforce: a Case Study of SCORE.org

Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the US Small Business Administration since 1964, SCORE is a network of over 13,000 volunteers that provides business consulting to more than 500,000 entrepreneurs. As part of it's goal to scale to support more than one million entrepreneurs by 2013, SCORE knew it needed to make the web the primary channel for delivering its educational services and managing the work of its growing volunteer base.

After determining priorities, architecture requirements, and assigning the timing around the rollout of services, SCORE and the technology team realized that building their platform with Drupal was the fastest way to create a scalable solution to meet their needs. In this webinar you will learn how SCORE successfully navigated this ten month project and how Acquia Partner - Forum One and their Salesforce consultancy were key in delivering this solution.

Attendees will learn:

  • How the SCORE team managed this large scale integration
  • Tips for selecting the right tools and workflows for automating business processes
  • Best practices for approaching integration of Drupal and Salesforce

Who Should Attend: CIO's and business leaders considering projects to automate their service delivery and management through the web; Technical Architects and Managers needing guidance and insight on Drupal integration with Salesforce.
