Announcing Acquia Cloud Free

I'm excited to announce that Acquia is launching Acquia Cloud Free, a no-cost development sandbox for Drupal development. Brandon Tate of Appnovation writes, "Here at Appnovation, we frequently use the Acquia hosting platform for our clients. You can develop and host existing projects on the Acquia Cloud right now using git–or many other VCS’s: Subversion (svn), bazaar (bzr), mercurial (hg), CVS, and more–with a one-time setup of your development environment.

Multiple sites per server on Acquia Dev Cloud

Today, we are delivering one of the key features behind that promise: the ability to click to create and manage multiple sites on a single Dev Cloud account.
