Drago Kassabov is the Head of Worldwide Customer Support at Acquia, where he is responsible for all aspects of global customer support, customer advocacy, customer on-boarding, as well as AcquiaU and the Acquia Library. Drago brings endless passion and continuous focus on delivering success and satisfaction for Acquia's customers and partners.
Drago joined Acquia with over 10 years of global experience in leading multi-national and multi-functional support teams in the Internet and IT industries. He has helped multiple start-ups as well as world-renowned organizations such as EIG integrate, manage, and scale multiple customer support, contact center and engineering locations in North America, Europe and Asia. Drago earned his BS in Computer Science from Clark University and is a member of the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) and the American Society For Training & Development (ASTD). Outside of Acquia, Drago is passionate about many things including travel, photography, wine, tennis, linguistics and thracology.
