Absolutely, I agree on the usefulness of Drupal docs. I also encourage bloggers to add their tutorials to Drupal.org, and ask module developers to include the screencasts in their docs. As I write tutorial blog posts, I'll be putting the actual steps on Drupal.org wherever possible.
