Jeannie started working on the web in 1995 and has been a Drupaler since 2007. She came to Acquia from the MIT Media Lab, where she served as web manager. In other lives, she has interned at Industrial Light and Magic; worked at a professor's startup, a NSF-funded educational technology lab, and owned a small consulting business. She graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a degree in computer science.
Infused with customer and colleague support DNA, she now serves as a Sr. Manager, Customer Systems & Processes on the Global Support team. She often wears numerous hats around the Acquia ranch, contributing to our Customer Success team's thought leadership and is fortunate to work with tremendous people. She has also been a client advisor, a TAM (Warner Music, Pfizer, Universal Music Group), and a TAM Lead.
Outside of Acquia, Jeannie participates and organizes regularly at community meetups, DrupalCons and DrupalCamps, and helped to organize the last several DrupalCamps in Boston. Offline, she is a yogini, urban globe trotter, foodie, property manager, and as a colleague likes to ruminate at times: "open source socialite"- so ping me if you'd like to speak at an event, get employed at Acquia, or want to rent Cambridge (MA) property! Let's actionate! I thrive off of matchmaking my passions with yours.
