Heather James

Manager of Learning Services
Acquia, Inc.

Experienced and passionate educator, having worked at primary to third level education to professional training. Passionate about creativity, and innovative thinking skills. Keenly curious about how we learn at all stages of our lives, and how best to facilitate learning.

My background in fine arts, graphic design, print, video and web production supplies me with the skills to pursue my interest in developing social technologies for learning as well as personal and professional development.

When Dries asked at DrupalCon San Francisco: "Has Drupal changed your life?" I was one of the people who stood up. It's an amazing experience, and feel I'm participating in a larger cultural shift which shows the benefits of collaboration and working together. This gives me hope that the world is getting better.
