Subscriptions with Phone/Ticket Support
Phone support is available to Acquia customers with the following Insight subscription levels: Professional, ProPlus, Enterprise, Elite, or any of our newer subscription offerings (Starter, Basic, Business, and Premium).
Phone support is also available to Acquia Cloud Site Factory and Acquia Lift customers.
Phone support is not available for Legacy Basic or Developer subscriptions.
