We all know that G-Cloud reflects a step-change in how Government and the wider public sector procure and deliver ICT. But how can you make use of G-Cloud when you might not even understand what's possible or be able to identify your ICT needs? Added to this is a cultural shift: Gone are the lengthy contracts, replaced instead by a more agile, bite-sized approach. But what does that mean in reality?

In this webinar we will explore some of the initial challenges you face, and present some real, tangible solutions that will help you unlock the G-Cloud potential along with a template for project discovery.

Specifically you will:
• Become better educated about G-Cloud principles and address challenges
• Explore ideas around getting your G-Cloud foundations right for your needs
• Better understand why key influencers and early adopters are important for success
