Thanks for the question. In this example, we are using the 'bean_tax' module which helps create blocks and render content to a specific user. It offers a simple scoring system to take into consideration explicit characteristics and map appropriate content. You could also simply use 'Views' to show related content as well. In my next blog, I'll be discussing a slightly more advanced example of an organization using the "WEM" module to do more advanced segmentation and implicit personalization based on actions they've already taken on the site.
