Enjoyed the webcast, but was hoping to see more focus on:
1. The structure of the loyalty program (how many points for specific
actions)...if individual provides feedback - how many points
earned?
2. Can points be awarded based for non-transaction activity. Example,
when they read an article? comment on an article? answer a question?
complete a survey, etc?
3. How are the points displayed back to the customer - do they appear
in their standard drupal profile page? or do they have to go to a
points dashboard?
