If I would really love to see more Drupal in Europe, I think priority is Asia. In Europe Drupal is already used by very big sites, strong companies like Capgemini are pushing Drupal all over the place. But the Asia market is huge, more and more taken by MS or Java based solutions. I am thinking especially of India. China is more a closed market, so it is less immediate. But India should be priority #1 AMHO.
