Acquia and Evergage Partner to Help Customers Boost Engagement

Written by: Evergage

We are very excited to announce a partnership between Evergage and Acquia that will make it even easier for Acquia customers to better understand and respond to their visitors and users using Evergage.

Inclusion of Evergage in the Acquia Network has been in the works ever since Acquia's own Rob Loach took the lead in developing the Evergage module for both Acquia’s own internal use and for the use of the Drupal community.

Web businesses of all kinds share the need to track per-visitor, per-user, and per-account behavior in order to deliver a more relevant, personal experience to each person, increasing their engagement, and likelihood to convert.

Evergage makes this easy by enabling real-time response to behavior. Evergage users can get deep insight into each visitor, user, and account’s behavior, see this insight right in their CRM, and and automate precisely targeted on-site and in-app messages (and dynamic content) to help boost conversions, drive engagement, and guide customers to a happy, enjoyable experience.

The goal of the Acquia Network is to provide Acquia customers with tools and services that make it easier to create, enhance, and drive engagement on their Drupal sites. As users of Evergage themselves, Acquia has experienced first-hand the benefits that this partnership is making available to Acquia Network customers. “Evergage has been a powerful tool for us, enabling Acquia to better understand and respond to our customers“ says Peter Guagenti, VP of Products, Acquia, “We are excited about this partnership, because it will help many Acquia customers benefit from the deep user engagement insights and behavior driven on-site messaging and personalization that Evergage provides.”

The Evergage, Acquia Partnership

The Evergage Drupal module is, of course, available the whole Drupal community. The module makes Evergage integration into your Drupal deployment very simple. It automatically inserts the Evergage JavaScript snippet to capture web behavior and place dynamic content, lets you capture UserIDs for any action you would like to track on your Drupal website or application where users log in, and makes it easy to capture additional server side actions.

Acquia Network customers, at subscription level Professional and above, can start using the Evergage service free of charge for the first 2 months, with the benefit of training, and can purchase an annual subscription with a 20% discount if claimed within 90 days of starting.
